We’ve been paying close attention to the evolving needs of our patients. Every day, our offices receive calls from people who simply aren’t sure how to handle their medical concern. Nearly all of those calls share the same core question, and it’s a fair one.
Until now, due to insurance and legal restrictions, urgent care facilities β ours and every other β have not been able to offer formal medical advice over the phone to patients who aren’t already established under our care.
Priority Concierge Services changes that. By creating this service, we are now able to meet the complete urgent care needs of our patients while saving them from the frustration of unnecessary trips, surprise insurance bills, and time spent looking for the right care venue.
