Sports, camp, and school physicals performed at our urgent care are not covered by insurance and will be self-pay at the time of visit. Immunization records are required at the time of visit to complete the physical. These physicals do not replace your child’s annual wellness visit with their pediatrician, which is highly recommended for comprehensive care and continuity of care.
