Request an Appointment for Priority Urgent Care and Walk-In Medical Practice in Chicopee, MA

Please book an appointment from any of our convenient Medical Practice locations through Massachusetts. Priority Urgent Care will notify you via text message of your appointment time and to complete the necessary paperwork prior to arriving at the Medical Center.

For Vaccine appointments, you can either book an appointment OR walk in for a vaccine at either location.
